Zoning Ammerzoden

On behalf of Champoord BV in Ammerzoden, a second opinion was conducted on an acoustic study related to the proposed change in the zoning plan for the site adjacent to the company. The plan initially included the construction of homes just a few meters away from the company. However, comprehensive research revealed that noise pollution could not be mitigated at five of the proposed homes. As a result of this second opinion, the municipality revised the zoning plan, excluding these five homes due to their proximity to the company and the associated noise concerns.
