The apartment complex part plan D2, comprising 22 apartments, and part plan D3, with 36 apartments, were designed with modern living in mind. However, ensuring sufficient daylight admission presented a challenge due to overhangs from gallery floors and obstructions caused by the building’s own lateral and opposite structures. To address this, PhysiBuild conducted daylight and 55% compliance calculations, ultimately advising measures such as enlarging glass surfaces in the apartments. These interventions ensured that the designs met the daylight requirements outlined in the Building Decree.
