A residential building with 35 apartments, underground parking, and a commercial plinth is under development. The project is based on the principles of co-housing, and fostering a community-centered lifestyle. Designed and managed by the residents themselves, the community emphasizes social living and shared responsibilities. Residents engage in activities such as communal dining, music, gardening, and cooperative management, creating a vibrant and interconnected living environment.
