Commissioned by Fierloos Architecten in Goes, a daylight study was conducted into the daylight admission of the new-build apartments of Villa Mannee in Goes. These apartments have large cantilevered balconies, which meant that the daylight admission could not be calculated using the simple calculation from NEN2057. PhysiBuild was able to demonstrate, using the simulation tool Radiance, on the basis of equivalence that the requirements for daylight admission were indeed met.
