BACH Architects transformed a historic farm called 'de Merckthoeve' on behalf of the CPO association 'Merckthoeve dorp'. It consists of four buildings, of which the three buildings on the street side have the status of municipal monument. The original function consisted of a residential house with a farm. In 1966, the municipality bought the farm and transformed it into a catering destination. The renovation aims to restore the residential function and aesthetic of the farm, while accomodating six ground-level homes.
