Visma is a collaborative office, with flex working spaces and an open plan layout. This design comes with its own challenges of speech privacy and distraction. PhysiBuild advised on measures to improve speech clarity in the café and communal zones, while protecting concentration and privacy in the areas that require focus (such as conference rooms or manager’s offices), without sacrificing the design vision of the space.
